Ok.. So I normally love restaurant alfredo so much! I never get it because let’s face it, the fat goes straight to the ass and who wants a fat ass?! I came across this recipe and I swear if you twerk it a tiny bit you will get less fat and MORE flavor!! Here goes!
Doesn’t this just look to die for? Wait until you try it!!!
Here is the wonderful recipe:
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/8 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) box whatever pasta you like
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium/low heat.
- Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring mixture to a simmer.
- Stir often.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
- When sauce has thickened add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY.
- While the sauce cooks, boil noodles for 3-5 minutes.
- Place pasta on serving plates and spoon sauce over pasta.

EEE! I am excited for this! I loooove alfredo pasta! I’m going to admit though…. two years ago, I would aways eat it (like take-out from Pizza Hut- since I think they make it the best). And I’m talking…2x (sometimes 3!) a week! UGHHH. No wonder I gained so much weight that year
